Taliesin (Starter Game) is played on a round board with 19 pieces on each side and is very similar to chess, with soldiers moving one space, centurions moving like rooks, Taliesin moving in all directions and capturing the opponent's Life Force being the object of the game. There are nine different types of piece, but several move in the same way as others; White Goddess and Shogun are essentially the same pieces, as are King Arthur, Henge and Centurion.
There is also Taliesin Master Game, which has 3 boards with additional rules.
